For any cancellation / re-scheduling, 48 hours notice is required for a full refund.

We do not provide sexual services of any kind.

Our professionals will end the massage session and leave immediately if they feel uncomfortable and all such incidents of harassment in words or innuendos will be reported to the authorities. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

In case of bad weather, or state of emergency, we usually cancel 3 hours before the appointment and reschedule based on how safe the massage therapist feels to be on the road.

In a case of therapist illness, or personal emergency day of, we try for an immediate replacement. If unable to connect to someone new, we will notify promptly of a reschedule and ask for your kind understanding.

No refunds.

Please book through We Massage for all future bookings. Our therapists have signed a contract to never re-book with a client directly. If contact information is exchanged, their booking privilege will be revoked.

Re-booking with the same therapist can be done by booking online and mentioning their name in the ‘Notes’ section, or you can email us your future availability and specify the therapist you would like to see again.
